Needs your attention — things Kairos spotted and could not put right on its own
Replies to review — somebody replied, and we need to know whether they were asking to be left alone
Kairos has already stopped emailing each person below — that happens the moment a reply arrives, before anyone reads it.
What is left is the part only a person can do: say whether the reply was a request to stop.
If it was, the law gives you 48 hours to act. Your answer is recorded with your name and the time, which is how we can show the deadline was met.

Truth check held this one. The writer searched the web and your credentials but couldn't back the claim below. Edit it out, or approve anyway — your call.

Your profile — who you are & what you offer. Keep it current as you grow; the more here, the sharper your emails.

What you can stand behind — the only things Kairos is allowed to claim on your behalf
Kairos will not write a sentence it cannot back. If it wants to say "we've done this before for a printer", something below has to say so — otherwise the email is held and never sent. There are three levels, and they are not interchangeable.
Your prospects — the people Kairos writes to. Load them here.
The law says that if someone asks where you got their details, you have to be able to tell them. We record your answer once per upload, not per person.
Needs a column headed email. It will also use full_name, role_title, company_name, company_domain and country if they are there. A typical pool is around 2,000 people.
Your email signature — what sits at the bottom of every email we send for you. Change it whenever you like; the next emails written will use it.
Needed whichever option you choose. Plenty of people read email as plain text, and this is exactly what they see — so it has to read properly on its own.
We check anything you paste and take out click-tracking and any picture loaded from the web before it is ever used. We keep what you pasted exactly as it was, so we can always show you what changed and why.
PNG, JPEG or GIF, up to 100 KB. It travels inside the email itself, so nothing is fetched from the web when someone opens it — that is deliberate, and it is why we can say we do not track opens.
What you can stand behind — we only make claims these support, so nothing ever overstates
